Wendel E. Dreve
Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer, is experienced in U.S. and
international energy development, production and operations. He is the
author of books, patents and copyrights used in the United States, Canada
and Europe in the areas of mechanics, machinery, energy development and
energy production. Mr. Dreve is bonded (both corporate and personal) with
the State of Ohio for energy production facilities. Mr. Dreve is registered
as a self-help energy provider to Ohio-based industry. Mr. Dreve is licensed
in Ohio as a certified livestock manager to operate CAFOs with over 10,000
animal units. He is a U.S. Navy VE Veteran.

Marion Gilliland, Ph.D.
Managing Member, Chief Compliance Officer, and corporate communications
officer in charge of regulatory compliance, government communications, and
farm and landowner relations. Dr. Gilliland is licensed in Ohio to operate
CAFOs with over 10,000 animal units. Dr. Gilliland will direct
communications, manage Federal Regulatory Compliance, and will be the
liaison to Ohio groups for information, education, and support. Dr.
Gilliland will separately manage the Make-A-Legacy Foundation for technology
transfer and economic tools utilization by rural residents as suppliers to
Farmers’ Ethanol’s three Ohio facilities.

Alberto G. Mendez, P.E.
Member and Facilities Engineer, is experienced in engineering
development, construction and operation of various national and
international chemical and food processing facilities. Mr. Mendez has
extensive experience in large complex chemical construction and operation of
ethanol facilities, building and dedicating 6 large ethanol facilities since
1982. Mr. Mendez is licensed as a Professional Engineer in both the USA and
Mexico. Mr. Mendez was named “Ohio Entrepreneur of the Year” in 1996.

Rhoda S. Crown
Member and Grain Procurement & Logistics Officer, is experienced in
grain marketing, risk mitigation, rail and truck logistics, banking and
administration. She has operated a large regional grain elevator as CEO for
more than 10 years and has more than 25 years of grain management
experience. Mrs. Crown is licensed by the State of Ohio . Mrs. Crown
personally directed the expansion of industrial grain facilities including
regulatory compliance, construction management, and initialization of
operations.

Martin R. Walicki, CPA
Chief Financial Officer; Mr. Walicki has more than 25 years of
experience in senior financial management with companies the utility and
power industry. Mr. Walicki has been involved in over 60 corporate and
project financings totaling more than $23 billion. Mr. Walicki has a BBA in
Accounting from Western Michigan University, an MBA in Finance from Michigan
State University and is a licensed CPA in the State of Michigan.

Earle Soukup, Esq.
Member and Counsel to Founders, is Chairman of the Board of Governance for
Make-A-Legacy Foundation. Mr. Soukup received his law degree from Pepperdine
University and he has been a licensed attorney since 1978. He is an engineer
holding a University of California Certificate for Project Engineering. Mr.
Soukup has authored integrated Native American and International Ethanol
economic development programs for Farmers’ Ethanol.

Gregory W. Kimble, P.E.
Harrison Ethanol General Manager and Owners Representative, has extensive
administration experience and distributive energy business operations
development. Mr. Kimble has been associated with Harrison Ethanol as a
development officer for more than 5 years. Mr. Kimble brings extensive
energy development experience, animal and crop production administration,
and rural economic networking for expansion and retention of governmental
grants.
